Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
704 Junk ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Momentum Property Partners LLC, connects customers in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding area with independent local hauling partners for junk removal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address, and service address — when you request a quote or schedule a pickup.
- Job details — descriptions and photos of the items you would like removed.
- Message content — the texts, emails, and calls you exchange with us about your service.
- Call recordings and transcripts — calls to our phone line, (704) 459-5052, are answered by an automated phone assistant, not a person. A short recorded notice at the start of every call tells you that the call is recorded and transcribed. We keep the call audio, a written transcript, a short summary of the call, your phone number (caller ID), and the date and time of the call.
How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with an independent local hauling partner who will contact you about and perform your job.
- To prepare and send you junk removal quotes and estimates.
- To schedule, confirm, and complete your service, including appointment reminders and en-route notifications.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To check that our automated phone assistant understood you correctly, and to fix and improve how it works.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we send you SMS/MMS text messages related to your junk removal quote, scheduling, and appointment updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.
How We Share Information
704 Junk connects customers with independent local hauling partners, who do the junk removal work. When you ask for a quote or service by web form, text, or phone call, we send your request to one hauling partner. That partner receives your name, phone number, email address, service address, job description, photos, and the transcript or a summary of your call. We do not give call audio recordings to partners. If you call but never say anything, we do not send that call to any partner.
Our promises about your request:
- One partner only. Each request goes to a single hauling partner. We do not sell, resell, auction, or share your request with other buyers or companies. If that partner turns the job down without contacting you and deletes your information, we may send your request to one other partner instead. Your request is never with more than one partner at a time.
- About this job only. The partner may contact you only about the job you asked about, and may not use your information for anything else.
- No marketing calls or texts. Neither we nor the partner will use your request to make marketing calls or robocalls, or to send you marketing texts. We do not share your SMS opt-in or text-messaging consent, and your consent to receive texts from 704 Junk does not transfer to any partner.
- Stop at any time. If you don't want to be contacted about your request anymore, tell the partner, or contact us at [email protected] or (704) 459-5052. We will stop right away, and we will tell the partner to stop no later than the next business day.
Our hauling partners may pay us a fee for each referral. Our written agreements with our partners require them to follow these rules.
We also share information with service providers who work on our behalf, such as our phone, messaging, hosting, and customer-management tools (see Automated Phone Assistant & Service Providers). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Automated Phone Assistant & Service Providers
Our phone line is answered by an automated phone assistant. It is software, not a person, and it will tell you so if you ask. To run it, these companies process your call on our behalf:
- Twilio — phone service and call recording.
- ElevenLabs — speech recognition, the assistant's voice, and running the conversation.
- Groq — AI language models that receive the text of what you say, to help the assistant word its replies.
- Cloudflare — hosting and computing for our website and phone assistant, including a small database of call IDs and call status.
- HighLevel — our customer-management system, which stores your request and the call transcript.
These companies work for us under their business terms, which limit how they may use your information. They may keep some call data for a limited time under those terms, for example for security or to prevent abuse. Some of these companies' terms may also let them use call data to improve their own services.
If we change any of these providers, we will update this list.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. We do not send your name, phone number, email, address, or SMS opt-in information to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Data Retention & Security
- Call recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after the call, including the copy held by our phone provider.
- Our voice assistant provider (ElevenLabs) is set to delete its copy of call audio and transcripts 2 days after the call.
- Transcripts, call summaries, and request records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and to keep our business and accounting records, including a record of which partner received your request. Then we delete them.
- Basic call logs (phone number, date, time, and length of the call) are kept by our phone provider as part of its normal records.
- Partners. A partner who turns your job down must delete your information. A partner who takes the job may keep it only as long as needed for the job and for its own legal and accounting records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
Your Choices
You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete it, we will also tell the partner who received your request to delete it.
- Ask us or the partner to stop contacting you about your request at any time (see How We Share Information).
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. To opt out of website analytics, see Analytics & Cookies.
