Fast, honest quotes. Snap a photo of the appliance, text or email it, and we'll reply with a ballpark starting price from our published rate card โ your final price is confirmed on-site.
Three steps, no runaround.
Text or email a photo of the appliance to (704) 459-5052 or [email protected]. We reply with a ballpark starting price pulled straight from our published rate card โ no guesswork, no vague "we'll tell you when we arrive." On the day of service, our 2-person crew shows up, disconnects and carries the appliance out from wherever it lives โ kitchen, laundry room, basement, garage โ loads the truck, and sweeps the area. You never have to move it to the curb.
Your final price is confirmed on-site before we haul anything. No surprise fees, no upsell. See the full 2026 cost guide for a detailed breakdown of what goes into the price.
We haul the full range of major household appliances โ anything a two-person crew can safely carry:
Have several appliances going at once โ say, a fridge and a washer-dryer pair from a rental turnover or estate cleanout? We'll price by volume if that comes out cheaper than individual item rates. See the full pricing page for volume tiers up to a full truckload.
All prices below are ballpark estimates copied from our published rate card โ your exact price is confirmed on-site. Single-item prices include pickup, disconnection assist, loading, and disposal by our 2-person crew.
Hauling multiple appliances? If volume pricing is cheaper than individual item totals, we'll use that โ a half-truck load is $215, a full truck is $399. See the 2026 cost guide for a detailed breakdown, or text a photo and we'll give you a real ballpark price up front.
Refrigerators, freezers, window AC units, and dehumidifiers all contain refrigerants that must be properly recovered before an appliance can be legally disposed of โ that's just part of responsible appliance recycling. We handle it through proper disposal channels. What that means for you: the freon in your old fridge isn't your problem to manage, and it doesn't add anything to your bill.
As stated on our homepage: refrigerators, freezers, and AC units are priced the same whether or not they hold freon โ no freon fee, ever. The only add-ons we charge are a $25 e-waste fee on TVs and monitors and $8 per tire, both to cover county disposal costs. Appliances with refrigerant don't carry any extra charge.
If you've called other Charlotte haulers and gotten quotes with a freon surcharge tacked on, that fee won't appear on our invoice. Our ballpark prices already account for everything.
Yes โ we come inside. Unlike curbside-only pickup services, our crew carries appliances out from wherever they're located: main floor, kitchen, laundry room, basement, or upstairs. You don't have to move anything to the door or the curb.
Stairs above the main floor add $30 per flight โ that's the only location-based add-on we charge. So if your washer and dryer are in an upstairs laundry room, expect a $30 stair fee on top of the item price. Basement appliances on the same level as a walkout door don't typically incur a stair fee; let us know the layout when you text the photo and we'll factor it into your ballpark quote.
Heavy or awkward appliances like side-by-side refrigerators are no problem โ a 2-person crew with the right equipment is built for that kind of work. Text a photo of the location along with the appliance and we'll give you an accurate ballpark before we commit to a time.
