No obligation. Send photos and your deadline, and we'll text back.
A commercial cleanout is everything that has to leave a business space before you hand back the keys, start a remodel or move everyone across town.
We take requests for commercial junk removal: Charlotte warehouses, offices, shops and storage spaces. Think old desks, filing cabinets, shelving, broken pallets, break-room appliances and whatever has collected in the back corner.
Your hauler does the lifting and loading. You point at what goes, and anything you've tagged to keep stays put.
Clearing a home, or mostly furniture? These pages fit better.
If you're planning a warehouse cleanout, Charlotte's county drop-off centers treat a business load differently from a household one.
In plain words: a business load goes through the fee booth and gets charged.
In plain words: a Saturday run to those centers with a business load won't work.
Business spaces tend to hold three kinds of things with rules of their own.
In plain words: old computers, monitors and TVs can't just go in the trash. Count them, list them in your request, and ask your hauler how they handle electronics.
In plain words: a stack of broken pallets can't go to just any landfill. Say how many you have and ask your hauler where they'll go.
In plain words: the county's hazardous waste drop-off isn't for business waste. List anything you think might be hazardous, such as leftover chemicals, old light tubes or unlabeled containers, separately. Ask your hauler what they can take.
Wondering where a load goes after it leaves your building?
A warehouse and an office empty out in different ways. Tell us which one you have and a little about the building.
For an office cleanout, Charlotte buildings each set their own rules for the dock, the elevator and the hours. Ask your building manager and pass along what they tell you.
Commercial jobs are priced per job, after your hauler sees what's there. There's no rate card for a warehouse, because no two spaces hold the same things.
Need the bill to go to the company? Ask for invoicing to the business in your request, and your hauler can tell you how they handle it.
A little prep makes the day go smoothly.
Yes, with conditions. The county's Wipe Out Waste site says a commercial entity has to go to the fee booth to be charged, and business loads can't be dropped off on Saturdays. Hazardous waste from a business isn't accepted at the centers at all. Or send us a request and your hauler takes it from there.
Keep them out of the trash. North Carolina banned the disposal of computer equipment and televisions in 2011, according to the state's environmental agency. Count them, list them in your request with any TVs, and ask your hauler how they handle electronics before the day of the job.
Tell us your window and we'll ask your hauler. Some buildings only allow move-outs before opening, after closing or on a weekend, and your hauler is the one who says yes or no. Put the days, times and building rules in your request, and we'll text back once we've heard.
If your building or landlord asks for one, say so in your request. We're a referral service, so that paperwork comes from your hauler, not from us. Your hauler can tell you what they carry, and you confirm before anything is scheduled.
Text photos of the space and tell us when it needs to be empty. We'll text back and line up your hauler.
